- Does looking at high school pictures of celebrities ever get old? Not when there’s this much interesting hair going on. (NY Mag)
- Though I find endless Brooklyn boosterism as tedious as the next girl, my dirty little secret is that I actually love Brooklyn. And I was sad when HBO pulled the rug out from under Bored To Death, which was such a funny and charming little love letter to the borough. There have been rumors of a Bored To Death movie for ages, and now it looks like it’s actually going to happen. This pleases me. (Hollywood Reporter)
- And in other movie news: David Fincher might be directing the movie version of Gone Girl. Which could totally work. (Deadline Hollywood)
- Rock stars and their private jets: a love story. (Flavorwire)

Rachel Maddow! Rachel Maddow! Rachel Maddow! That hair! Those earrings! I don’t have enough exclamation points!
That was a delicious waste of time. Was Rachel trying to stay in the closet?
One can only assume! Miss you, Klingers.
What is interesting to me is how much prettier the young Hillary Clinton was than the young Renee Zellweger. Better hair and makeup can really make a difference, and oh, the 80s were a cruel, cruel decade.
With regard to the high school pix, it’s amazing what professional dentistry and a makeup/hair team can do! They do not get enough credit.
Matt Damon looks like he was trying out for “Grease”.
Oh dear god, Rick Santorum. He hasn’t gotten over it has he? The same could possibly be said for Pam Anderson.
Oh, and Fincher? I was hoping the Coen brothers would direct Gone Girl.
OH MY GOD Pamela Anderson. I’ll bet no one saw that transformation coming.
That photo of LL is heartbreaking.
Blake Lively with baaad teeth! I think she’s so gorgeous. Who knew!
So much fun, thanks Kim!
And David Fincher is my man. Loved Zodiac so much, and Se7en holds a place of its own in the pantheon. Would love to see him handle Gone Girl.
