I am the last person on earth to embrace a western trend, but I have to say: this totally works for me. Thoughts?
I find the shirt to be fairly subtle, and didn’t know it was Western until I read the blurb.
Love the pants.
shirt is nice but those pants are awesome beyond words.
So funny–I was going to do a Crazy or cute? on metallic jeans a while back but I thought you guys would shoot it back to me as one thousand per cent crazy.
metallic jeans – yes.
high waisted, disco, metallic pants better suited to an Aerobicise video from the 80’s or Olivia Newton John – no 🙂
Oh that was my first thought. Like the shirt, where do I get those pants??!
Love this top.I didn’t know it was western immediately. A very subtle. I might have to buy this…thanks!
Embrace! I spent 25 years in Phoenix and other parts of Arizona and tend to think that *everyone* could use a bit of Western in their closet (or home). 🙂 Cute shirt!
Shirt is definitely cute. Very subtle Western detail.
Pants also are cute, not crazy, especially with a top like that.
i have a couple James Perse shirts and my question is, how to wear something so sheer? I feel that any sign of bra or boobs is photoshopped out of above pic.
I thought the shirt had shoulder pads when I first saw it, but then I guess that’s not the case. I’m afraid I would spend too much time defensively explaining to everyone, “No, these are not shoulder pads!”
Pants are very cool.
I like the western shirt, like the metallic jeans, don’t get the half tucked in look.
definitely cute, but i cannot resist anything james perse, and i live in ATX 😉
and to ann above, i have one of his white slub button-front shirts with pockets like the shirt above and they totally cover my bra/boobs; they are strategically placed!!
That? Western? I don’t see any beans over a campfire in that ensemble’s near future. Looks cute to me.
shirt = meh. jeans = oh yesyes.
