Drop-crotch dark, dark jeans with a slant zipper. So totally not my thing, because one fears this. But I swear they are the most flattering thing ever for a girl with hips who’d like to come off all nice and slouchy and trouser-y without also looking like a blimp.

I don’t think I understand those pants, but I hope you will be happy in them. And it’s good for the economy!
I don’t understand them either, but I am telling you, they work!
Awesome!!!
Photos?
Please do a follow up and show what clothes and shoes you will wear with them.
I think they are fabulous! Must go try them on!
Some seriously cool pants. I’ve got ones (drop crotch) made of brown and yellow velvet … love them but my husband just goes quiet when I put them on.
There is no way my hourglass, 5’2 frame is going to be able to pull those off. But I do get the idea.
I want them : )
Well, if you keep them long enough you could at one point fit an adult diaper under there. You know, when you hit 90 or so.
Are the shoes part of the deal, do you think?
you can rock those in a number of ways…good buy
Love!
Would love to see what they look like on a more “average” sized woman. Pics here don’t help those of us with legs wider than than the model. My five year-old daughter could fill those pants out more! Links to more robustly-figured women in that style would be appreciated. I’m curious!
I love them and I bought a very similar pair as well. They are surprisingly slimming and super comfy, without looking like you have gym pants on. I am a huge fan of slouchy trousers, Vince tops and Spendid t’s, especially for women of a certain age! Fun, informative and stylish blog you have created. I’m a huge fan.
that’s SpLendid t’s not spendit t’s though now that I think about it, they are “spendy”!
Well, that photo makes the model look like she has a polterwang. To each her own, I guess…
Polterwang!
