I love Otte‘s in-house line of silk tops and blouses. Mostly because of all the pretty colors.
But also because the shapes are so excellent: they’re updates on classic styles, but done all slouchy and cool. Like this tank here.
And this little cap-sleeve tee. Also: the silk is just the right amount of shiny—which is to say, hardly shiny at all. Just the tiniest, sexiest, little bit.
Of course there’s plenty of not-color, too. I keep thinking how great this would look just simple and casual as can be, with jeans and a blazer. Such a sleek and wearable alternative to the white button-down.
These are three great looking tops – I’m going to check them out – don’t know Otte.

I love Otte but with 3 kids and a mortgage it can’t be a regular spot for me (though there are far worse things in life!!). Anyway, for those of us on a budget but who love Otte-like things I thought I’d mention that Etsy has some excellent Dara Ettinger-esque jewelry at a fraction of what one would pay in a fancy shop. I think the studs shown on Otte’s Burgundy page are gorgeous. But search “Druzy stud earrings” on Etsy and you’ll get some great, affordable options. Also search “geode jewelry” and you’ll find some chic pieces.
